Clamping at the internal diameter of the inner teeth with interchangeable clamping sets.

Solution:

Mechanical expanding mandrel with RINGSPANN-Discs and interchangeable thin walled clamping sleeve.

The shown RINGSPANN Mechanical Expanding System works with T.I.R. below .005 mm.It is insensible against swarf and coolant and it is prefered to be used for clamping at interrupted or fine finished clamping surfaces. The mandrel is equipped withan automatic ejector which will be pushed down by the loadingsystem while loading the component. The angular radial screws are used to adjust the clamping sleeve within the clearance.
